How do we do it?
MRD focuses on understanding and analysing the project and business fund requirements of developers. Based on these, it raises and facilitates the optimum Finance/Capital at the best possible cost and terms, which is sufficient and serviceable. The finance may be pure Debt Funding, Mezzanine Funding, Family Office Investment, and Institutional Equity or a Joint Venture.
The Team
The team is led by Mr Yogesh Rathi, MBA and alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, with 25 years of experience in managing global business and finance.
He is supported by 6 senior Partners who are Chartered Accountant, Management Professional and Architect. Each of them with 15-20 years of experience in finance, banking, taxation, Compliance and Architecture.
The team further consists of 15 professionals from the field of Architecture, Engineering, Finance and Real Estate.

What we deliver?
Annually, MRD closes transactions of approximately ₹1000 Crores in terms of Debt/Investment for various Real Estate projects in Western India. It deals with more than 50 Developers in the region. A few of our developer partners are Aditayaraj Group, Swastik Group, Right Channel, Plutonium Maitri, Empire, Mohite, Southfield, and many more.
